Since my client is using some Cat3750 stack in their campus, and experienced loop several times . now we have 2 new core Cat6506E, we want to use VSS, if the VSS is stable enough ?
What is the cause for the Cat3750 stack loop ?

You have a "stack loop"? If so, sound like you should contact TAC although would recommend you upgrade your 55SE4 to 55SE8.
VSS is now relatively stable, at least on the VS-S720s.
