VWIC-2MFT-E1-DI always with slips.. broken? Know bug?

Hi, I have the 2 port VWIC card and one of the ports is always detecting slips seconds and errored seconds when the clock is on line, I think may be I must change the card but I don't know if there's a buf related to that.
