WAN Test Upgrade - tool

Hi, everybody its me  again.

well, i have next one problem.
My ISP realized an upgrade of my bandwidth, how can i do check my really bandwidth?
there are tool or command in my router?

There are several free tools, which can be found on the Internet, that can generate a volume of traffic. If you can place a tool on both ends of your link, you can verify its throughput.

Also, there are public tools that can be used to test bandwidth to test servers on the Internet.
e.g.:
speedtest.net
www.bandwidthplace.com
openspeedtest.com
speedof.me
testmy.net
