We had deployed a cisco ISR 4431 / K9 Router at a customer place and it has gone under ZORO, we had paid the amount for its removal on 27th April 2024 and till date no revert or information has been received by us on this regard
The device Serial Number is FGL2304309D
Can anyone revert what is the status as of now

If the device under smart contract, why not contact Cisco TAC ?
also check the as @marce1000 provided under warranty or not as per information Warranty expired.
