* my question is , do i need any command for e0/1 ? since the web cahce system + user is ther ?
* do i miss anythings ?

Hello William,
that command should be enough
I have some concerns on having users and web cache out the same interface usually you need to use three logic interfaces: users, web cache, internet

William,
you need to redirect HTTP requests towards the WCCP system which is located across e0/1 interface.
the command should be configured on e0/1 and not e0/0.
