Weird log on my Internet Router

I just got this weird log on my Internet router:

000170: *Jul 18 13:06:10.769 PH: %FW-4-RESPONDER_ZERO_WND_SCALE_FACTOR_INI_NO_SCALE: Accepting packet -Window Scale option for session <removed>:24220 to <removed>:80 [Initiator(flag 0,factor 0) Responder (flag 1, factor 0)] Responder sent (1,0) which means no scaling and is equivalent to (0,0)

Does anyone knows what it means? Is it something to be concerned about? I could not find any info regarding this log on the web.

Thank you.

here's what it means:

1.

%FW-4-RESPONDER_ZERO_WND_SCALE_FACTOR_INI_NO_SCALE:

Accepting packet -Window Scale option for session %Ci:[int] to %Ci:[int] [Initiator(flag [int],factor [int]) Responder (flag [int], factor [int])] Responder sent (1,0) which means no scaling and is equivalent to (0,0)

Firewall detected the packet from Responder to Initiator has windows scaling option but did not have the scaling option in the SYN packet from Initiator to responder. Responder sent flag 1 but factor 0, accepting packet because factor was 0, which means no scaling.

Recommended Action: Turn on window scaling option on both Initiator and Responder,or Turn off window scaling on the Responder.

Can you tell me where did you get this information?

it came from the error message decoder on the cisco support page..not sure though if you set up an account with no contracts will give you access.
