As you note, packets, for the same flow, will use the same member link, so there should not be any sequencing problem.
As for asymmetric flows, in both directions, logically (not physically) there are none, as Etherchannel is logically one link.

Hello @jahangir7g ,
all the packets of a single flow use the same wavelength in each direction and this eliminates out of order issue.
In general the difference in propagation delay of each DWDM lambda is very little when comparared with other delays in packet based networks like being in a software queue waiting to be sent out.
