Hi Any one can tell what is CPU0 in interface 0/0/CPU0 in ASR9K ? Thank you

Not familiar with ASR9k but it seems that each slot as a CPU. See this link:
The following example illustrates sample output from the show canbus command with the server-stats keyword:
