what is the difference between #terminal monitor & (config)#logging monitor commands

Hi there,
terminal monitor will send display log messages on connected VTY sessions (SSH, telnet).
logging monitor <level> will configure the logging level and verbosity and type of messages seen when using terminal monitor.
