I want to implement Cisco IP-SLA, but I am not sure what the destination IP I should use. Any recommendations or advice?

Hello @a.hmedali58ik ,
if you want to check if an internet connection is alive you can use an anycast service like 8.8.8.8 by Google as the destination for your IP SLA as it should answer as long as you have a working link.
anycast IP means that multiple hosts have the same unicast IP address and the "nearest" to you answers to your probe.
Hope to help
Giuseppe

Pick a destination, or destinations, where you're trying to monitor SLA a particular path, or paths.
Ideally, the SLA test destination will "do" SLA response.
