This include IOSXE an modern multivendor images to test interoperability

Hello,
Packet tracer is simulator. What you are talking about is an emulator where it is able to recreate the hardware and software components. If you notice even Packet Tracer does not have all the commands needed that the devices they provide have on them. Real devices will have many more commands. I doubt packet tracer will ever have that functionality for a couple of reasons.
1. Its free. So not much work will be placed into enhancing it to that scale when there are better things out there that can do what you want.
2. Its not meant to test interoperability between other vendors and it never was.
3. There is already a Cisco product out there that can do what you need and add multivendor support called Cisco Modeling Labs (CML). Its about $200 for the base license of operating 20 nodes if your hardware can handle that.
Packet Tracer is really just for studying CCNA and getting familiar with basic networking as it stands. In fact I would argue that's all you need for the CCNA in terms of being able to configure what you need.

Don't hold your breath, waiting. ; )
First, I suspect you don't appreciate how difficult, technically, that would be to accomplish.
Second, why would any vendor want anything that might showcase a competitor's product, especially if doing so, might also show the competitor's product is better?
