when reload the Router the subinterface is down down ??

Dears ,
please I have Router 2811 with IOS C2800NM-ADVENTERPRISEK9-M), Version 12.4(15)T9 and have HWIC -1T
and our problem when reload the Router the subinterface is down down and physical interface up up ,
and I change other IOS and changed Slot but same the problem subinterface down down

note: some times the router make restart himselfe and sh crashinfo and insert  to Rommon .

please what can we do to solve that problem

Hi, Could you swap with a WIC-2T? We usually use HWIC-1T for our 2911 ISR G2.

but we have more than 300 Branch have this HWIC-1T with the same Router 2811 , and we cant swap it .
