Wireless AP issue

There are 4 AP connected to a switch with same configuration on every port of the AP's. With 3 AP users are able to connect to SSID and to the network/internet, but with one AP users can see all SSID but they are not able to connect to network nor they are able to access intenet through guest SSID. Any idea what could be the problem. I have rebooted the AP also but with no go

Do all of these APs use the same configuration? Are the ports that the APs connect to all part of the same vlans? What kind of APs and are they using a controller?

Yes all the AP and the corresponding ports uses same configuration but I have found out the problem. The AP was faulty , replacing it has done the trick.
