WS-C3750G-48TS-S quiet replacement fan

Anyone know of a replacement fan for the WS-C3750G-48TS-S switch that runs quieter than the one originally built into this router?  I've searched a number of web sites and found plenty of replacement fans available but none of them show noise level specifications.

I'm hoping someone knows of a particular manufacturer/model combination that works in this router that will drop the noise level down while maintaining air flow.  This switch is in a short network rack in an small office that also includes people.  The current noise level isn't deafining like some servers, but is loud enough to be distracting.  Any reduction in noise level would be appreciated.

The original question remains. Is there a low noise fan that fits in this switch. If so what is the manufacturer and model of such a fan?

Take note that what you are about to do will VOID the WARRANTY of the unit.

Plus, if you need to RMA the appliance ...

It's better if you just sound-proof the data cabinet.

The fan is a "fan wheel".  Inspect this fan.  Accumulation of dust "crust" is the primary source of noice because it "disturbs" the airflow as the fan cuts the air.

Take this down and regularly ensure it's clean helps minimize the noise.

Describe this room.  What's the hottest temperature?  How many people are in this room?

Temperature is a constant 72 degrees F

Usually 1 sometimes 2 people in a carpeted 18 x 15 foot room.

That's all???  Two people connected to a 3750G-48???

If that's all you have, then consider the 2960C or 3560C FANLESS switch (8- or 12-ports).  You can pick which one is suitable from here.

You can re-deploy the 48-port switch somewhere else.

The switch is fully utilized providing connectivity for the building. The switch is located next to the building's patch panel.
