WS-C3750X-24T-S Switch can not see contents of flash or copy ios image

hi.

i copied a wrong IOS image to WS-C3750X-24T-S switch so the switch does not boot.i booted from recovery mode.but when i want to copy a file using xmodem , or when i want to see contents of flash it gives me the following errors:(the pictures are attached)

unable to stat flash

or other errors.

i haven't been able to see the contents of the flash nor copy the previous ios image.

i have attached the picture of the messages.

what can i do?

can you try dir flash without the ":"

it does not work.it says no such device.

have you tried to initialize the flash prior by using flash_init

i have already read the article.but when i use the  flash_init  command it's unable to load the iso flash.

i don't know why.i think it can not find flash.

what should i do?
