WS-C3850-24PW-S Power Problem

I have a new cisco WS-C3850-24PW-S switch , after 2 days running suddenly it is down ! only power module get power and 2 led of module is green but rest of the led in front side (besides of mode button) & back side (console & managemant)  are off. Even after giving power in switch , its not creating any sound means POST is not occurring ! Please help me in this regard how i can solve this problem ? i checked the power module in other switch & its working fine. also try another power module in my switch but still same problem. plz help ! Thanks in advance

Since it is a new switch open a ticket with TAC so they can help you resolve the issue. You may have to RMA the switch.

Just want to add one thing as its been just 2 days so try get it returned from vendor and if they refuse, get it RMA with a TAC case.
