WS-X6708-10GE port showing down/down

Hello,

I have installed WS-X6708-10GE in cisco 6509 Switch and it is recognize by the switch.Now I need to move the connectivity from existing WS-X6704-10GE but seems port does not come up it shows down/down. I am using xenpak in existing interface and X2 in new interface.Please let me know if you have any idea.

Hi;

Can you reseat the module in same module & other module?

If not come up open a TAC case may be it seems to be hardware issue.
