I am trying to setup ZTD with two types of ISR routers, C891/892 and C891-24x - also known as the swouter - but I am having a hard time so far. I tried USB ZTD and AutoInstall options as described in the document below but it seems that the routers do not behave as described.

What I mean is they are not trying to obtain an IP address via DHCP ( for AutoInstall) or boot from USB when there is no startup-config and a xxx.cfg file is present on the USB drive. Also, I read about some incompatibilities between Cisco Configuration Professional Express and AutoInstall but this should not affect the USB ZTD function.
Any idea would be highly appreciated.
