after power outage cedge reboot and lost configurtion

i have check cedge release its currently running 17.6.4 can anybody let me know what could be reason ?

before power outage cedge was not manage by via vmanage templates , it was manage via cli ..how and what  configuration (running config or startup config )  it will be retain once reboot happened ?

also somehow we repush the config on cedge but now issue is not able to ssh/remote  access cedge via ssh , however we can see it is insync with vmanage .?/

can anybody help for above question thanks in advance

Hi viswash

First, you need console access to the router.
Get this command: "show bootvar"
And then enter these commands and repeat "show bootvar"

configure terminal

boot system flash bootflash:packages.conf

boot system flash bootflash:prev_packages.conf

end

write

Reload the cEdge and see if it boots on controller mode.

Obviously, make sure that its not a connectivity issue
