Hello. We have the following Meraki Setup.
One MX84 in office and 2 VMX 100 in 2 AWS VPCs.
The User in office (With MX84) can access service1 and service2 and the 2 services can access each other without any issues.

However recently there is something wrong on the public internet. The connection from MX84 to VMX100 at EU is unstable.
In our test, the issue happens only on the connection between MX84 and the VMX100 in EU. For the other 2 connections, the ones from MX84 to VMX100 at Asia and service 2 to service1 are both good.
So my question is, is there a way to create an alternate route when network issue happens?
The traffic from MX84 to VMx100 in EU is routed from MX84 to VMX100/Asia then to VMX100/EU.
I have tried to add a static route but the error was the next hoop ip address is not in subnet
Thank you very much.
