you should not remove individual "redundant .pck" files while running IOS-XE in controller mode as it's not supported, rather use "request platform software sdwan software remove" to remove outdated versions you don't need. Alternatively you may want to change to autonomous mode and use "request platform software package clean" as you get used to.
