can not access console ISR1100X-4G

when i tried to login to the console port of the ISR 1100X-4g using putty or tera term it shows complicated symbols while using baud rate 115200

From Cisco guide 

• 115200 baud (check this for 1100 series it only accept this value)

• 8 data bits

• no parity

• 1 stop bit

• no flow control

Re install this driver, ensure is it well recognized.
