cEdge c8kv install hseck9 license issue.

Hi Experts.

If we need more than 250mbps on C8Kv (C8000v) in controller mode, its need install hseck9 license on c8kv.

I am following the guide to install the license , but there is a few abonrmal message （The requested item was not found ）. Does it mean that there is no HSECk9 license or Router US Export License for DNA in my VA？ Or is this some other problem, can anyone help? Thanks

this is a new feature on Release 17.9.2a,but my c8kv software is 17.6.3a.

Manage HSEC Licenses	Cisco IOS XE Release 17.9.2a Cisco vManage Release 20.9.2	This feature enables you to install high security (HSEC) licenses on devices managed by Cisco vManage. An HSEC license is required to enable devices to support encrypted traffic throughput of 250 Mbps or higher.

I also try to install hseck9 license follow this doc. But it's report error just as my mentioned before.

Could you check that you have HSEC license for router? Go to https://software.cisco.com/software/smart-licensing/inventory

and search for Export lic for DNA, like below:

Yes, I have the license shown in the picture you provided. I also have two licenses.
However, I tried to install hseck9 license on the device, but it has shown that 2 devices are in use, but the device is not actually installed. So if it has used up 2 licenses, can it still work?

You mean, "in use" is shown in smart account? If yes, click "in use" keyword (it is hyperlink), it will show which Product Instances use those licenses.

The question about the last time is this: it is indeed displayed in SA as in use, and you can click on the hyperlink to see that it is occupied by the C8KV equipment we use.

I just installed the license through offline, and it seems that I have lifted the bandwidth limit, and it currently shows 200Gbps.

I just wanted to say that try offline, because your outputs don't show that you connected to SA.
