Cisco SD-WAN vManage Event logs

Would like to check if any one has experienced the below.

In my environment in the vManage events logs for 1 of the cEdges I found there was OSPF state change related log.
But when i logged into the particular cEdge using CLI, could not find any logs or even there was no change in the OSPF neig. Neigh never went up/down.
Why there is difference in the vManage event logs & in the CLI logs. 

Any one expereinced similar ?
