Cisco sdwan vmanage rest api's

I'm looking for a Rest API that brings the Application health-related information, primarily focusing on the application name, application family, its health, Good sites & poor sites.

I'm referring to Cisco sd-wan vManage API documentation: Documentation link 
there's cisco sd-wan always on Sandbox.

You can maybe use the Application Route Statistics API, this will use an Aggregation Query APIs to retrieve Application Aware Routing statistics (BFD statistics) for Overlay Tunnels and create reports of average latency/loss/jitter and vQoE score.
