We have a client who has a Catalyst 8200L series that they are looking to setup an ipsec tunnel to connect to the Verizon cloud. it looks like the IPsec commands are not available.
Are they missing a license?

which commands exactly ? Share "show version". Normally , IPSec is supported even with network essentials license tier.

yeah, it is, if you want to encrypt above then 250mbps
