device in the Smart Account, but it doesn't appear in vManage.

I add a device to the Smart Account, but it doesn't appear in vManage (20.9.5.2).

I tried syncing and loading the file list, but the same issue persists.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Finally it was delayed in synchronization, it appears the next day.
