Device Out of Sync - Failed to attached template

I've pushed some device templates to some devices but status of two of them has been changed to "Device Out of Sync - Failed to attached template".

I rolled back my configurations but the status of these devices are still Out of Sync.

what should i do in order to fix this issue?

Hi,

re-check template, especially variables for the site. Check availability of the device in underlay (ping etc.). Check control connections between device and controllers. And then push configuration.
