If site A has Internet and MPLS link then site A will send traffic to site B by using ECMP principle right ?

i.e. here site A  will use ECMP in terms of IPSEC tunnel,Right?

ECMP is by-default used in Viptela SDWAN right?

Yes, if the destination reachable from multiple tunnels, the device will ECMP across difference tunnels. By default, ECMP will happen across only 4 tunnels. This is configurable to 16 ECMP paths. You can use simulate flows in vManage if you want to see the potential ECMP tunnels as shown below.
