Folder access issue

Once user access folder in data center then there would not any network issue to open files as user is seeing slowness to open files in folder 

and customer is connecting to folder after 120 ms delay

You need to understand where the delay taking place.

how about in the LAN side (not from SD-WAN) -is that works as expected?

Do you have any QoS in place for SD-WAN template ?

what kind of Links you have SD-WAN to access DC ?
