Hi Evereyone,

My customer have DNA-C-XXXM-A license and this is the first time to deploy SDWAN in their Network.

My question is as follows,

1. How can I have connectivity to vManage hosted by Cisco.

     - I've assigned Devices to default controller(=vBond) through PnP Portal in Software Central.

     - And I would like to synchronize those profile to vManage hosted by Cisco.

2. Is there needed any addtional configuration at the vEdge(ISR4321)?

     - As fas as I know, vBond have to have public IP or host name to

     - However I could't ping to host name in the default controller(=vBond) profile.

     - Should I add a configuration to the vEdge router? ex> ip name-server, ip  domin name... etc.

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,

Hi,

I have understood correctly, the controllers are managed by cisco cloud ops. And your customer has a Subscription. There is a detailed guide on how you can spin on the controllers and configure the fabric with the self-care portal.

Cisco SD-WAN now features a Self-Service Portal (SSP) in which customers can manage the virtual infrastructure that hosts their controllers. In this video, we'll introduce you to the SSP. Be sure to check out the accompanying Introduction video as well: https://youtu.be/eSZCiSBwOYE
