In my organization, we are facing application slowness issue on one of the site, and as i checked everything's looks good
when I checked on CLI like, all wan link is showing up and working and everything's looks good and no idea how to how we T-shoot from viptela Vmanage .
Can someone advice or help, how we T-shoot on VManage side.
Note: Vmanage verson they are using is 20.0 above.

Take a look in AVC and consider use ThousandEyes. You are not going to get good result by simply exploring vManage

to say smth from here is difficult.
Generally, you should understand your topology and check data/ control policies to see which path or paths used for forwarding (from local to remote and vice-versa).
At least, you can use vManage built-in tool NWPI - network wide path insight to which how routers determine to forward the traffic between selected nodes or for protocol.
