In Cisco Viptela sdwan, AAR can be configured based on application ?
For Example.
Branch Locations trying to access to DC Applications but we have underlay and overlay between two sites but i configured AAR based on application like., ICMP but not with destination.
Will it is applicable for DC Applications in my case.

AAR is exactly about application. Application Aware Routing.

I dont understand your Q
first AAR is based on application
so which is import
you need to know how is traffic
for example you have HTTP in HQ and client in site try to access it
you start config AAP
here you need to specify source <client> which is optional
mandatory is specify the destination and L4Port 443/80
if you dont specify destination IP + L4Port then all traffic from client will use this path
so as much as you can specify condition the more accurate result you get
