ISR4331 Troubleshooting (realtime) - Greyout

Hello Experts,

Controller version : 19.2

ISR 4331 : 16.2

Just noticed the under Troubleshooting > Realtime > Ping, Traceroute and other options are greyed out and stated Not Supported.

Any idea whether thill will be supported on v20 ?

Yes. They are supported in newer releases. 20.3.x has the support.

Can i check whether all other portions greyed out for ISR4331 also supported ? 

I couldnt find anywhere int he documentation, and assuming i can upgrade from 19.2.2 to 20.3.2.1 directly (skipping 20.1) ?
