I am running OS Install for Cisco SD-WAN and executed the following command
request platform software sdwan software install bootflash:isr4300-universalk9.17.06.05.SPA.bin
I checked if the files were extracted to bootflash, and I can see them with the show command, but not with the dir command for some reason.

Also, I am proceeding with the OS Install procedure, but the OS Version is not displayed in show sdwan software.

However, due to the above situation, the router seems to be up and running fine with the specified version, although the default-version is not set.
Is there any bug on Cisco Device?
Currentrly using the following device and version.

Is this router joined vManage ? then you need upgrade using vmanage for upgrade.
there are some bugs in 17.6.5 ( so suggest to upgrade to 17.9.5)

Yes, it is joined to vManage and there are no particular communication impacts.
However, during the OS Install (Kitting), the `request platform software sdwan software install` command was executed but it doesn't seem to be working correctly.(tried a few times, but it did not change the situation)
The result of the above `show bootflash: | i 17.06.05` shows that `isr4300-universalk9.17.06.05.SPA.bin` remains, and the `isr4300-universalk9.17.06.05.SPA.conf` package has not been extracted.
I have heard that there are many bugs in version 17.6.5, but do you know of any bugs related to the above issue?
Other routers have completed the `request platform software sdwan software install` and OS Install without any problems.
