Manager 20.14.1 : restart failed / database error

Hi,

I setup a Manager (20.14.1) on Azure. So far it was working perfectly but the VM has been stopped abruptly

Since then the Manager GUI refuses to come up:

  • the NMS application server fails to start
  • vmanage-server.log shows a message :

 

25-Jul-2024 17:30:11,979 CEST INFO  [] [] [ApplicationActor] (vManage-akka.actor.default-dispatcher-3) || Exception in init thread
com.viptela.vmanage.server.datastore.DatabaseSetupException: Failed to create/initialize database : sdwandb

 

Is there a way to fix this database issue ?

Does anyone found solution for it? We've new installation in Azure with the same issue.

There is bug in that version 20.14.1. TAC case solved issue.
