Not able to add VEDGE-CLOUD in cisco virtual smart account

Hello Champs ,

 

I need to download serial file for vedges for my lab but while adding VEDGE-CLOUD-DNA , my smart account showing error : This is an export restricted product. Your smart account doesn't have clearance to use this product."

 

Could you please suggest me from where i got this permission or do i need to create new account ?

hi, i encountered the same issue. have you found a solution for this?

Facing the same problem, cant even open a support case from SMC portal since dont have an active contract 

 

Anybody able to get a workaround for this problem 

 

 

Hi,

You need to first contact your Cisco partner and request them to enable "export controlled features" for you smart licensing account.
