This might help you with finding answer.
As long as there is a path from vEdge via transport to vmanager server/vbond server, it does not care.
For example, our DC has three transports terminating in dc.
MPLS, MetroE and Private VPN all terminate in DC, comes out of same exit point ,and talks to vManage.
It sees 3 transports and 3 control connections.
I think NAT is built into this, so as long as there is a path, it works.
