Thank you @balaji.bandi,

I saw this document and already tried that with no luck, I guess it is a typo as I saw you should access port 8443 in cisco documentation.

The service is fore sure available but I am wondering if the portal is still available or discontinued?

The SD-AVC user guide at: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios-xml/ios/avc/sd-avc/4-4-0/ug/sd-avc-4-4-0-ug/using.html

states that we access SD-AVC dashboard by: https://<service-ip>:8443

when I try, I get access to vManage dashboard, what is the problem?

https://<service-ip>:8443   ( please clarify what is device this service ip you using to connect - deovice hosted container ?)

Connecting to the Dashboard

Using a browser (Chrome recommended) with access to the device hosting the SD-AVC Network Service, open the SD-AVC Dashboard. The Dashboard is accessible using the service IP configured when setting up the SD-AVC Network Service, and port 8443, in the format:

check some verification before accesing the device as provided before - also for reference again command tool to verify :

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/routers/sd-wan/218082-configure-sd-avc-on-sd-wan.html#anc8

below 3 part video give you more information if you are success installing AVC on device :
