SD-WAN Lab Configuration Replicate

I am building an SD-WAN lab from our production deployment. I copied over the vSmart policy configuration but it's not showing up in the vManage. Is this not possible?

The opposite must do

You must copy policy to vmanage the make vmanage push it to vsmart

Vmanage can send policy to vsmart

But vsmart can not sned policy to vmanage

Is there any way to copy the config from the vmanage to another vmanage?
