Hi 

Has any one done any cost comparison of various SD-WAN solutions with respect to pricing & cost ?

If yes , please share it. Would like to understanding how the SD-WAN costs differs for each product/vendor solutions ?

I am looking for cost comparisons of various SD-WAN vendor solutions.

 Cisco viptela , you can choose between a cloud  and on-premise  management option and it is all about the controllers including < Vmanage , V-smart , V-bond > . With the first option controllers are located in Cisco’s cloud infrastructure or AWS and soon will be available with others , with the on-premise  management option, you have an option to setup your vManage, v-Smart and vBond in your DC as virtual machines on your virtualization environment . but keep in your mind which option you will choose, you will not pay for the controllers extra. The price of SD-WAN subscription includes the controllers.

Cisco has  three types of licenses, so-called subscription DNA tiers < Essentials , Advantage , Premier >.

For the Edges hardware they have licenses which is < Network Essential , Network Advantage > .

 By default,Network Essentials feature sets are bundled with DNA Essentials which is include <EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, DMVPN, IPS, ACL>

Advantage License have AMP , URL filtering , ABGP,
