SD WAN vQoE / QoE score modification

Hello fellow experts,

We have many small branches connected to our network using SD WAN and all its working good, but we have some sites with pretty bad network conditions in a really far away locations that has links that can not reach the minimun value in the SD WAN QoE score (they are really really far away cities). Is there any way to modify the calculated QoE Score? or maybe changing some template with custom values for those locations?

vQoE calculation

1-The vQoE value ranges from 0 to 10, with 0 being the worst quality and 10 being the best.

2-vQoE = Avg(vQoE(Loss) + vQoE(Latency))

3-vQoE (Loss) = Baseline Loss / Actual Loss * 100
Actual Loss = loss % over last 12 minutes

4-vQoE (Latency) = Baseline Latency / Actual Latency * 100
Actual Latency = Average Latency over last 12 minutes

May be the Baseline Latency can be modified to influence the vQoE calculation.
