we need to understand follow fallback for one of the customer:-
Customer is having three Branch Sites and One Data center with dual routers and dual transport (Two MPLS and One Internet). SDWAN Controllers are Cisco-Cloud Hosted. SDWAN deployment is in full mesh.
Currently All Branch sites Internet traffics are backhauled to Data Center due to this if Data center internet gets down Branch site users are not able to access internet.
We proposed customer to use Local Breakout feature for all Branch sites for locally exist the all internet based traffic and we can configure Fallback to Other site which is having DIA configured, But due to security/compliance issue customer is not ready for complete local breakout of internet based traffic.
Customer wants to implement the local breakout for specific applications and rest of the internet-based traffic should backhaul to Data Center, Also incase of Internet gets down at Data center, branch site all internet-based traffic should locally exist from branch itself and Data Center user’s internet-based traffic should fallback to any sites in case of Internet gets down at Data Center.
How we can achieve this with SDWAN Viptela solution?
