vAnalytics Error - An error occurred while attempting to navigate to

Hello.

I'm running SD-WAN fabric on EVE-NG

When I try to open vAnalytics on vManage, error occurs.

How can I solve this problem ?

Hi Park, 

There are some prerequisites for vAnalytics. 

1) you need to have DNA-Advantage licence to enable vAnalytics

2) if so, vManage should have reachablity to the internet to sent the data to vAnalytics. 

3) Tac needs to create an vAnalytics instance access for you

we meet 1 and 2. but not sure 3

we had opened case to TAC.

they said they refreshed DCA service, and problem solved.
