I have two vManages in standalone and I wanted to make cluster, but after I added 2nd node to active vManage I'm getting error
"vmanage server is not ready or temporarily unavailable" for 1 hour
version 20.9.1
maybe does somebody know how it fix?

I was resolved, I added into feature permission for NETCONF service and HTTPS
You can either use the IP address for a management interface for the vBond that is reachable from all vManage devices or use the vpn 0 tunnel interface. But if you use the vpn 0 tunnel interface, you must configure the vBond tunnel interface to allow the NETCONF service and HTTPS.

after restarting both of nodes cluster starts, but now cluster issues an accident - "The vmanage node is not reachable from vManage2" vManage1 might have been isolated from the cluster. Please check the interface of 192.168.1.2... but I can connect to both of them from every vmanages through ssh
