Update, May 1st 2025: We are receiving reports from customers still experiencing this issue. We are investigating and will post updates here.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting YouTube.com, where users are encountering a prompt to "Sign in to confirm you're not a bot." Our team is collaborating with Google to resolve this matter.

There are two possible workarounds for this issue.

  1. Sign into YouTube.com (May not work for embedded videos)
  2. Consider bypassing both YouTube.com and googlevideo.com from the web proxy, though this may not fully resolve the issue

Hello, thanks for the suggested solution. Do you have any ideas why we receive this message that prevents the youtube.com address from being listed?
