I'm having a problem with Cisco Threat Response (CTR). How can I get support?

You can get help from Cisco Support. Since CTR is licensed with other Cisco products, you need the contract number for one of your Cisco security products to start a case. If you have trouble finding your contact number, you can engage Cisco Support (also known as Technical Assistance Center - TAC), via 1:1 chat or placing a phone call, listed on the support page. You can find all the information you need here.
When creating your case, simply add your contract number from your related product (NGFW, SMA, etc.). When selecting a product, search for "Cisco Threat Response" in the technology list.
