1000v to Nexus 7K no ToR

Hi Everyone,

wondering if anybody implemented 1000v switch in the topology that it is connected directly to the Nexus 7K cores, with no ToR switches.

I just want to make my ESXi nodes be connected to a couple of 7Ks with no ToR switch in between, and thinking on having 1000v installed on the ESXis.

Keeping in mind using vPC on the nexus.

N1Kv doesn't care. As long as you give it a network port its happy :-)

Same thing with ESXi. There is no ToR requirement.
