AC to AC power solution

I have Cisco 2900 catalyst switches and i have two UPSs,at some time some of them down.

I need to provide the "Ac to Ac power" from the two UPSs systems, when one of them gets down the switch remain alive.

Does Cisco provide Ac to Ac power solution, or any other vendor?

Though i m not sure of cisco product which gives this kinda facilty i have seen 3rd party products which does takes 2 different inputs from 2 different power sources and gives single output based on the availablity of the input power.i have seen some emerson prodcuts being inducted in this kinda scenarios..

With that you got to have the liberty of maintaining reduandncy with single PS to ur equipments.
