Adding new interface to Portchannel in N9K

Hello,

We are planning to add new interfaces to the existing Port channels (vPC)configured on Nexus 9508 switches.

Will there be any production impact on the port channel if there is an addition of new interfaces. Will the entire Portchannel will flap?

 Port-channel will not flap but do this in a maintenance window

Prepare the interface configuration and keep the interface in shutdown. 

Connect the cable between devices

Enable the interface with "no shutdown". 

Check if the interface became member of the channel

We can predict what exactly can happen

But some points can help you, 

Config the port and shut it down in both sides, 

Connected cable 

Then no shut port, 

This prevents some issue if one port is UP and other Down.
